4. Payments & Bookings

  • All payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment providers.

  • Discovery Calls are for clarity and connection only and are not therapeutic sessions.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of 1:1 personalized services:

  • All SIT sessions and session packages are non-refundable once booked or initiated.

  • Missed sessions or late cancellations may not be rescheduled.

  • Discovery Calls are complimentary and carry no refund value.

If you have questions or concerns regarding a booking, please reach out prior to your session.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cristys Calling shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Participation in sessions

  • Use of information provided

  • Emotional or personal outcomes related to the services
